We do not accept order cancellations at this time. Please contact us immediately if there is a mistake in your order.

 

Returns Policy

Sale items, customized items, and pre-orders are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned. Any items in these categories will NOT be processed.

 

Custom Signs:

Custom signs include, but not limited to, any sign with custom colors, names (including business names), and other personally identifiable information, are not eligible for return or refund. If the item is received damaged, returns may be accepted for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Please contact us within two days of receipt of the damaged item(s). Returns must be pre-authorized and sent back to the return address within five days of return authorization.We will do our best to ensure that we resolve the issue. 

 

Ready to Ship/ Non-personalized Items:

Ready to ship/ Non-Personalized items are eligible for return and STORE CREDIT ONLY. Items must be in new undamaged condition. Returns must be pre-authorized and sent back to the return address within five days of return authorization. Once your return is processed, you will receive ONLINE store credit. You will be responsible for return shipping of the items.

 

Apparel

Non-customized apparel can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY! All returns must be preauthorized and sent back to the return address within five days of pre-authorization. Once your return is processed, you will receive ONLINE store credit. You will be responsible for return shipping of the items.

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. If items have makeup, deodorant, or other stains/odors, you WILL NOT be given credit. At this point, the items will be sent back for a $10 return fee.  

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address within the continental United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products.

Our primary shipping partner for boxed pacakages is UPS. Packages that ship in a polymailer will ship via USPS. 

Processing times are listed on each product page. If you place an order with varying processing times, the longest processing time will be used. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. 

To be sure we are giving the best possible rates, some items may carry a fixed shipping rate.

For all other items, please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are size and weight-based. The size and weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
